INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY :
Lisa Krizman, the principal attorney, has over 22 years of experience in trademark and copyright matters. She was Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property and Technology Unit, at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company; an Associate at Arter & Hadden in Washington, D.C., and has served for several years as a member of the Editorial Board of The Trademark Reporter. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Krizman was a marketing and operations executive for AT&T and headed a national sales program for a telecommunications company.
Clients of the firm include both publicly traded and small companies in insurance, financial, real estate, film, television and radio, public relations, association, professional services, education services, and individual authors and entrepreneurs involved in creative goods and services.

MOTHERS AT LAW®
The firm represents parents and their children in obtaining special education services through their school districts. As parent to a child with special educational needs herself, Krizman feels passionately about helping families attain the services that their child needs and in resolving disputes with the school district as quickly and fairly as possible. In addition to her legal training, Ms. Krizman has a Masters in Social Work (Columbia University) and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies (Cornell University).
Special education legal services are only offered in New Jersey.
Special education clients have included Valerie Paradiz, PhD, founder of the internationally known ASPIE Program in Boiceville, New York and author of "Integrated Self-Advocacy."
Krizman Law is a member of the International Trademark Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, and is a certified WBENC Women's Business Enterprise.
Ms. Krizman is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
